Hey there! My name is Vladimir and I’m the creator of Nomadic Route. I’m far from the regular travel guru you can find on the internet nowadays. In fact, I work in IT and this is purely my hobby project. One day I woke up and figured, if I’m going to see the world I might as well document it. And since I’m not a professional videographer or an influencer following the latest trends, this is my way of doing it. To combine building and managing my own travel blog with stories and tips from my travels is the most natural and fun way of expressing myself. And well, travel the world in the first place! It gives me drive and motivation to visit new places and share it here, with you.
Growing up, we went on summer vacations, but after becoming independent, I decided I want more. There are only so many years in my life and I want to go everywhere and see everything. So I moved abroad for college and began my journey. From there the list of places I have visited grew by each year that passed. After 5 years of traveling and exploring many different destinations including Africa, Asia, Europe and Middle East, I’ve decided this is what I want to do in life and created my own travel blog – Nomadic Route.
I’m not much of a lazy tourist who would lay on the beach all day, nor am I someone who would go hiking all the time or immerse in history on every occasion. But I like to be active, stay on my feet, explore unknown corners and uncover hidden gems. My favorite motto, although probably a cliché, has to be “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.” And it’s true. I want to see the world. The good, great, and not so great side of it. ¡Lo quiero todo!
